Maritime Compliance Solutions

Safety awareness is critically important to all offshore operations. For many years shrimp boat operators have attempted to manage crew, the hiring process, and safety with little assistance from experienced safety or claims professionals.  This Shrimp Boat Safety Awareness Program, possibly the first of its kind, is specifically developed for fish boat operators, allowing them to document key information regarding crew information, their fit of duty status, discussions about pre-existing medical conditions, as well as other very important safety topics.  The Shrimp Boat Safety Awareness Program presented by Maritime Safety Consultants is specifically designed for boat owners and their crew, providing clear documentation between boat owners and the crew regarding safety and health.  Remember, it is the vessel owner’s responsibility to discuss with every crewmember their physical condition, the nature of the job, and their ability to perform the job before the boat leaves the dock. Without proper documentation, vessel owners are often at a serious disadvantage once an illness or injury is reported.

We look forward to serving you.
